Pine Cone Cake Recipe

Pinecone Cake Decoration:
Ingredients:
- Baked and cooled cake (flavor of your choice).(Here i used chocolate cake)
- Chocolate frosting or ganache
- Chocolate cereals or Sliced almonds or chocolate shavings (for scales)
- Powdered sugar (for a snowy effect, optional)
- Bake the Cake(here i used 1 cupcake)
- Take the baked cake and make sure it is still warm. If it's not warm , microwave the cake for a minute .
- Crumble the cake completely.
- Add milk(5tbsp)
- Chocolate ganache(melt chocolate 15 gm + cream 2-3tbsp)
- Mix it all together until well combined.
- Divide cake dough into equal portion and form into cone shape.
- Take some chocolate cereals and gently place it on the cake cone, starting from the bottom and working all the way up.
- Keep all the cones in a lined tray and freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Once set your pinecone cakes are ready to be eaten or served.
- Finally you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on the top of the cakes for getting frosted look .
