 Evening Snack Recipe

Today i am here with one delicious evening snack recipe made with ripe banana and egg.If you like banana and egg you can try this recipe in the evening or morning as a snack.It is known for its sweet and caramelized flavor.

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana 2
  • Egg 3
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Salt (a pinch)
  • Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee 3tbsp
  • Raisins 5-6
  • Cashew nuts 8

Method

1.Prepare the bananas:

Peel the bananas and slice them into thin, small slices or small cubes.

2.Cook the bananas:

Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a non-stick or heavy-bottomed pan.
Add the sliced bananas and cook on medium heat ,add a small amount of sugar and caramelize slightly mix well with banana slices .Switch off the flame and set aside.

3.Prepare the egg mixture:

In a mixer jar beat the eggs until frothy.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, and mix well.
To balance the flavour add a little salt in to the egg mixture .

4.Fry Cashews and raisins in a small amount of ghee and set aside

5.Add the cooked banana slices into the egg mixture.

6.Grease a pan with the remaining ghee.

7.Pour the egg banana mixture into the pan.
8.Add fried cashews and raisins on top of the mixture.
9.Cover the pan with a lid and cook on the lowest heat setting for 10–15 minutes, or until the egg-banana mixture is set.
11.To check, insert a toothpick or knife in the center; it should come out clean.

12.Serve

Allow the snack to cool slightly. Flip it onto a plate or serve directly from the pan. Cut into wedges and enjoy!!
