Kanthari chicken is a spicy and flavorful South Indian dish that is known for its intense heat and bold flavors. It is typically prepared using bird's eye chili peppers, also known as "kanthari mulaku" in Malayalam, which are small but extremely spicy. 

Ingredients:

  1. Butter 1tsp
  2. Big Onion sliced 3
  3. Cashew nuts 15
  4. Crushed ginger and garlic 2 tsp
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. Kanthari/Bird's eye chilli 8
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli Powder 1 1/4 tbsp
  9. Coriander powder 3/4 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Tomato 2
  12. Chicken 1 kg
  13. Butter 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt
  15. Water 1 cup
  16. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  17. Coriander Leaves
  18. Fresh cream 1/4 cup (optional)
