Evening Snack With Banana
Do you want to make a quick and delicious snack in the evening?If so, this simple snack is perfect for you. This easy-to-make snack will take very little time and makes a delicious snack for the evenings. Rather than spending money on store-bought chips and other unhealthy snacks, make a healthy version at home.
Ingredients
- Ripe Banana 1
- Jaggery Powder 1/4 cup
- Grated coconut 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
- Wheat Flour 3/4 cup
- Salt
- Baking soda (a pinch)
- Ghee 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
This is a very easy snack to prepare, simply take a ripe banana and chop into small pieces, add these into a blender jar. Add 1/4 cup of jaggery powder and grated coconut into it , blend well. Pour these batter into a bowl. Add wheat flour into the batter and mix well. Add salt,cardamom powder, baking soda (optional) and mix well until you get a right consistancy. Wet your palm and roll balls from the mix and fry these in hot oil.
