Easy Cheese Bun

Our fresh baked cheese bun is a delicious combination of mozzarella cheese, flour and yeast. With just a few simple ingredients, it's not hard to see why these buns are so very popular!

Ingredients
  • Warm milk  1/4 cup
  • Yeast 1/2 tsp(In this recipe i used instant yeast. If you are using instant yeast you can directly add yeast into the flour,no need to dissolve it in the milk/water. But here i am dissolving instant yeast in the warm milk. If you are using active dry yeast you have to dissolve the yeast in the warm water /milk.)
  • Sugar 3 tsp
  • Apf/Maida 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Unsalted Butter 25gm
  • Oil as required
  • Mozeralla Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Sesame seeds for garnishing
