X'mas Plum / Fruit Cake

Today I am here with a perfect Christmas fruit cake, with delicious dried fruits, is a perfect treat for everyone. It's so easy to prepare! Just add all the ingredients together, stir until well mixed and bake in the oven or on stove top.

Ingredients

Dry Fruit Mix

• Tutti Frutti 25gm
• Crushed cashew nuts 40gm
• Black raisins 30gm
• Brown sugar 1/2 cup
• Unsalted butter 50 gm
• Red wine / Grape Juice1/2 glass
• Orange and Lemon zest 1 tsp

For Caramelizing sugar

• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Water 3 tsp
• Hot water 1/4 cup

For Cake Batter

• Egg 2
• Plum Cake Essence 1 tsp
• Maida/APF 1 cup
• Ground spices1tsp(cloves 4,cinnamon 1, Nutmug 1)
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Baking Powder 1 tsp
