Sadya Pulissery

Sadya Pulissery

Pulissry or Moru Curry is served in a typical Kerala Sadya or Onam Sadya .Normally Pulissery is served at the end of the Sadya ie; after serving the payasam.Today i 've come up with one Pulissery recipe, which is made with Ashgourd  (Kumbalanga) and Ripe mango.
Pulissery is a spiced butter milk  curry with coconut  base. There are different types of pulissery in different regions in Kerala. Usually at my home  we make Pulissery  without any coconut base. But  today i am making  different Sadya Special Pulissery.
