Perfect Chicken Pizza At Home || The Best Homemade Pizza You'll  Ever Eat


Today I’m here with a delicious Italian recipe, that is, the pizza. It’s really easy to make and you can even have it for your breakfast. I’ve made a basic chicken pizza with some veggies on top.

Homemade Pizza Dough Ingredients

1.All purpose flour 2.5 cup
2.Active dry yeast /Instant yeast 1 tsp
3.Luke warm water 3tbsp
4.Salt
5.Sugar 1 tbsp
6.Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp
7.Water as required(Use warm water to cut down rise time. Don't use hot water as it may kill the yeast)
8.Oil used for greasing the bowl and dough-2tbsp
9.Corn flour for dusting pizza pan(optional)2tsp
You can use corn flour to dust the pizza pan and it gives the pizza crust a  little extra flavor and more crisp. In this recipe i didn't use corn flour
10.Butter 1tsp(for greasing the pizza pan)


Ingredients For Pizza Toppings
 
1.Boneless chicken 300gm
2.For Marinating Chicken Pieces We need the following
         1.Peprika Powder/ Chilli Powder 2tsp
         2.Barbeque sauce 2tsp
         3.Pepper powder 2tsp
         4.Crushed Garlic 1tbsp
 3.Oil for frying chicken pieces 85ml
 4.Chopped Vegetables needed for Pizza(Onion 1,Capsicum1 big,Tomato 1)
5.Chopped Black olive (8)
6.Ingredients for marinating  Vegetables
        1.Salt
        2.Origano 1/4 tsp
        3.Tomato Ketchup(optional)
         4.Barbeque sauce
7.Butter (a little)
8.Pizza sauce 2tsp
9.Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup

Instructions

1.Add 1 tsp. of active dry yeast into a bowl.


2.Add in Sugar 1tbsp.


3.Luke warm water 3tbsp.



4.Mix well

Whisk the yeast, warm water and sugar in a bowl  with a spoon. cover and allow to  rest it for 5- 10 minutes. 

 Steps For Making Pizza Dough

 1.Take another bowl and add in 2.5 cup of APF(Maida)



6.Salt


7. Add inYeast Mix
                    

8.Add 2-3 tbsp. of vegetable oil into flour.


9.Mix well


10.Add Water a little by little


11.Knead well



12.Knead the dough for 5 minutes.After kneading the dough keep it in a greased bowl and apply a little oil in all sides of the dough.Cover the bowl with aluminum foil or plastic wrap or with a clean kitchen towel.

13. Allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 60- 90 minutes or until double in size.
