- Fried Coconut 3tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Chilli Powder 1.5tsp
- Coriander Powder 2tsp
- Fenugreek Powder
- Garlic clove 1(small)

- Small onion 1 cup
- Green Chilli 2-3
- Curry Leaves
- Oil 2tbsp
- Water as required
- Tamarind(a small lemon size)
