Fish fry made in clay pot/ Manchatti  is absolutely delicious and tastes better than the fish fry in pan.

Here i have used salmon fish.Normally the salmon fish pieces are used for making fillets. Here i cooked the salmon fish pieces in claypot and the tastes also amazing rather than cooking in fry pan. Before i fried the salmon fish pieces in fry pan it became hard and rubbery..After that i thought to fry the fish in clay pot and this method of cooking gave me good result.
