Do you suffer from acute hunger pangs every evening? If so what to snack on is a problem then here is the recipe.This snack is one of the easiest evening snacks made with moong dal/green gram. It can be served with evening tea. This recipe shows how you can make easy moong dal vada/snacks at home.
Ingredients
1.Moong Dal /Green gram 1 cup
2.Small onion 10
3.Green chilli 2-3
4. A small piece ginger
5.Coriander leaves/curry leaves
6 Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
7.Chilli Powder 1tsp
8.Kayam / Asafetida 1/4tsp
9.Salt
10.Rice Powder 4tsp(If the mix is too loose you can add this
)
