Fish Pickle//മീൻ അച്ചാർ

Ingredients
1.Tuna fish 1Kg2.Chilli Powder 5tbs
3.Turmeric Powder 1 tsp4.Fenugreek Powder 1tsp5.Asafoetida 3/4tsp6.Oil for deep fry(2 cup)7.Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp8.Chopped Ginger(a small piece)9.Chopped small onion(5-6)10.Chopped green chilli(3)11.Curry leaves(Required)12.Vinegar 1/2 cup13.Garlic Medium size 10(Splitted)
Method
1.Marinate tuna fish with some chilli powder,Turmeric powder,salt and ginger garlic paste.
2.Marinate the fish pieces for 1 hr.
3.Deep Fry marinated fish pieces.
4.Fry the fish pieces till it becomes crispy.
5.Heat oil in another pan.
6.Splutter mustard seeds.
7.Fry chopped onion,green chillies,slitted garlicpods ,chopped ginger and curryleaves.
8.Fry till it becomes light brown colour.
9.Once it becomes light brown shade add turmeric powder1/2tsp,chilli powder 4tbs,Fenugreek powder 1tsp&Asafoetida 3/4tsp.
10.Mix well and fry till the raw smell goes off.
11.Now add fried fish pieces.
12.Mix well.
13.Add Vinegar 1/2 cup.
14.Boil it.
15.If you want more gravy add 1/2 cup of boiled water.
16.Add more salt if needed.
17.Fish Pickle Ready.
18.Switch off the flame.
19.Once it is cooled down You can store it in air tight glass jar
and keep it in refrigerator.
