Egg Fried Rice//Restaurant Style Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1.Basmati Rice 1 1/2 glass
2.Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
3.Soya sauce light 1 1/2 tbs
4.Rice Vinegar/White Vinegar 1 1/2 tsp
5.Carrot chopped (1 medium size)
6.Capsicum chopped (Half)
7.Spring onion 4(chopped separately white and green part)
8.Beans cut into small pieces(4)
9.Garlic Crushed(4)
10.Egg 3
11.Salt to taste
12.Pepper powder 1/2 to 1 tsp
Method
1.Wash and drain Basamati Rice.
2. Cook the rice in plenty of water.
3.Once the rice is cooked drain it.Don't over cook.
4.Heat a pan and add oil.When the oil is heated add the vegetables except capsicum and chopped spring onion green part.Stir fry the vegetables(chopped carrot,spring onion whitepart,crushed garlic &beans.Stir Fry these vegetables and garlic for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
5.Crack 3 eggs and scramble .
6.Add salt if needed.
7.when the eggs are almost done add pepper powder, soya sauce and vineger and mix it.
8.Add cooked rice into the scrambled egg vegetable mixture.
9. Mix the Rice Slowly.
10.Taste check for salt.
11.Switch off the flame.
