Carrot Halwa




Ingredients
1.Carrot 3 Grated.
2.Ghee 1/4 cup.
3.Corn flour 2 tbs.
4.Raisin 2- tbs.
5.Cashew nuts chopped 2 tbs.
6.Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp.
7.Condensed milk 1/2 cup.

Method

1.Blend grated carrot , condensed milk & cornflour.If  it is difficult to blend  add  a little milk.
2.Heat a pan.
3.Add 1 Tbs Ghee.
4.Fry  chopped cashew nuts  and Raisins.
5.Remove the fried cahew nuts and raisins from the pan and keep it aside.
6.Heat the same pan add 3tbs of ghee.
7.Add in carrot ,cornflour, condensed milk mixture.
8.Mix it on a medium to high flame .
9.Keep on stirring.
10.keep stir till the water and  milk reduced.
11.If the mixture stick into the pan add more ghee.
12.Add Cardamom powder and mix well.
13.Continue to stir on simmer till the whole mixture becomes dry.
14.At the end add fried cashew nuts and raisins.
15.Grease a bowl and pour the mixture.
16.Smoothen the mixture with spoon.
17.Let it cool  down for 2 hrs.
18.Once it is cooled down remove it from bowl.
19.Cut into pieces and enjoy!!!
