INSTANT CHOCOLATE CUP CAKE

Ingredients

1.Butter 3-4 tbs          

2. Egg 2 

3.Brown/normal sugar 1/2 cup +3tbs  

4.All Purpose Flour 1  cup  

5.Coco  powder 1/3 cup  

6.Baking soda 1/2 tsp  

7.Baking Powder 1  1/2 tsp  

8. Vanilla Essence  1tsp 

 9.Milk 1/2 Cup 

10.whipping cream 1 cup

Method

1.Take one big bowl.
2.Add Butter(4tbs)
3.Crack two eggs.
4.Beat well.
5.Add Powdered brown sugar/normal sugar(1/2 cup).Beat well until it dissolves.
6.Now add Dry Indredients.
Sieve and Mix All Purpose Flour 1cup,Coco Powder 1/3 cup,Baking soda 1/2 tsp,and Baking Powder  1  1/2 tsp.
7.Add 1tsp of vanilla essence into the wet ingredients(Butter,sugar,Egg Mix).Mix well.
8.Add the Flour mixture littlle by little into the wet ingredients(Butter,Egg,vanilla And sugar).Mix well
9.Add 1/2 cup of sugar into the above mix.Beat well without leaving any lumps.
10.You don't need to over mix .
11.Take silicon mould and grease it with butter.
12.Fill the mix into the mould.Fill 3/4 of mould,otherwise it will spill out.
13.Keep the mould in an oven safe tray.
14.PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180  Degree  C.
15.Keep the tray  inside the preheated oven.
16.Microwave for 2 minutes.
17.After 2minutes Remove it from Oven.

Last step:Frosting

1.Take one large bowl add whipping cream (1cup).
2. Beat well.
3.Add Brown sugar 3tbs/normal sugar.
4.Beat until it becomes smooth and fluffy.
5.Transfer frosting to a piping bag and pipe onto completely cooled cupcakes.
