EASY CHICKEN FRIED RICE




                                 Ingredients
1. 2cups cooked Basmati Rice (For cooking 2 cups  Basmati rice add 3 1/2                                       cup of water and required salt)
2.1 cup cooked chopped chicken meat(use chicken breast)
3. Vegetable oil 4 tbs
4.Ginger garlic paste(  a small piece ginger and 4 small garlic )
5.Chopped capsicum(1/2) 
6.Chopped carrot 1 (small)
7. Chopped beans(4-5)
8.Pepper powder 1tsp
9.Rice vinegar(1tbs)(you can use white vinegar)
10.Soya sauce(1/2 tbs)
11. Required Salt 

12 .Spring onion 3 -4 leaves chopped

METHOD:
            
1.  2cups cooked Basmati Rice.For cooking Basmati rice (2 cup) we need 3 1/2 cup water and          required salt.The best way to make fried is that cook the rice and once it is cooled down keep      the cooked rice in refrigerator and use this rice in next day to avoid sticking the rice each            other.
2.Dark Soya sauce 1tbsp
3.1 cup cooked and chopped chicken meat
4.Chopped Capsicum 1/2,Ginger garlic paste(  a small piece 

ginger and 4 small garlic ),chopped beans(4-5),chopped carrot 
(small) and chopped spring onion 3-4 leaves
5.Rice vinegar(1tbs)(you can use white vinegar)
6.Heat Iron pan 
7.Stir fry cooked and chopped chicken meat
8.Soya sauce 1/2 tbs
9.Fry chicken 4-5 minutes  on medium flame
10.Chopped  carrot , Beans ,Ginger garlic paste,  

spring onion and  capsicum
11.Saute
12.Pepper powder 1tsp
13.Salt

 14.Rice vinegar 1tbs
15.Mix well



16.Cooked Basmati Rice

17.Mix the cooked rice with veggies and chicken



17.Fry the rice for 5 minutes.


18 Add some spring onion




19.Chicken fried rice is ready to serve
